• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded.
• If a match is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bet will be returned.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 777ej platform. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

2. Abusing bonus offers (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting)
3. Money laundering or use of illegal funds
4. Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
5. Using bots, automated software, or other unauthorised tools
6. Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts
7. Cyber attacks or any attempt to compromise the security of the platform
8. Collaborative betting with other users involving an exchange of funds
